The hell O_oThey ought to jail the parents and 'tattoo artist', who the hell could do that to a young kid?
I'm not sure where this was done or the legality of it. I will follow up on this story if I can. Poor little one.
I found out this happened in Columbia, no word on the results of this yet though.
Uhhh I missed out on that one O_oOmg I watched the vid and it is disgusting! Poor little one and sick tattooer! Maybe it was a scratcher that was payed by the parents to do this at home!
