A Lake Stevens couple has been charged with felony child endangerment after exposing an 11-month-old baby to meth.
The Daily Herald (http://is.gd/zcKzg7 ) reports the couple allegedly smoked meth while the girl was with them in their vehicle.
The
girl's 22-year-old mother, and her half-brother boyfriend were charged
Thursday with one count each of child endangerment with a controlled
substance.
The woman has other children and Child Protective Services is involved.
Marysville
Police say they were tipped off by a 911 caller who was worried that
the girl was being exposed to second-hand smoke from the drug. It was 38
degrees that night and the vehicle had no heat. Police say the girl was
dressed only in a diaper and appeared to be cold and hungry.

Of course I checked to see if it was at Walmart, lol. It was in a Ford Explorer that was out of gas. The redneck just keeps-a-comin'.

Um. THIS IS WASHINGTON! I live in Washington, very close to these places actually. This doesn't surprise me a single bit considering Lake Stevens is right next to Granite Falls which is the meth capitol of Washington State.
I really can't understand the continuing popularity of meth. That crap is pure poison!
ReplyDeleteI don't understand it either. I've seen people smoke it in person. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I have major issues with people doing drugs near me, minus pot really.
ReplyDeleteDid you see before and after pics of people consuming meth ? You can see that they look like living corpses...
ReplyDeleteIt totally zombiefies people! Not only does it age and rot ones body and heart, but it permanently re-wires the brain. (BRAINS!)
ReplyDeleteI think that pot should be legal in all of the states, maybe all this meth use would drop off once people chill out legally. Hell, I would smoke but I'm to worried about a drug test from work.
Nah, I´m not into drugs at all :-)
