Owner Hacked Off Dogs Back Legs Because It Climbed A Fence

A dog, Fabio, that had part of it's back legs removed is about to take a big step in recovery.

    I hope something really bad happens to the owner.
    The dog is cute though and he looks really happy. He's got a heart warming smile.

    I hope that something bad happens to the owner as well, and soon. Just coming up with the solution of chopping it's legs of so it will not climb a fence speaks volumes about the owner. The solution I propose involves the owner, me, and a dark alley.
