Two men in Washington, Pa., are dead after an apparent murder-suicide
that authorities suspect was sparked by an argument over Phish concert
tickets.
Nate Roman, 30, was shot multiple times early Thursday morning after a
fight with longtime friend Michael Marchines, 31, at a local bar. He
later died at a local hospital.
Investigators haven't released details on the fight, but family
members told KDKA-TV that the argument may have been over concert
tickets for the rock band Phish, which Roman had recently purchased for
$3,000.
Roman's death was ruled a homicide and, after an extensive search, police found Marchines dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, WTAE-TV reported.
