Joseph Rucker McFall was indicted last week for allegedly shaking, throwing and hitting the infant sometime between Aug. 30 and Oct. 29, 2012, according to the Cobb County District Attorney’s office.
“The baby is believed to be blind (as a result of the attack), suffered multiple broken bones and subdural and retinal hemorrhaging,” Cobb District Attorney’s spokeswoman Kim Isaza told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Always feel free to say whatever you want to here. That being said, I can only pray that they will put the fucker into general population and someone digs his eyes out with a plastic spork.
