"William Baxter claims he was caring for Christine
Bobak’s cat on April 22, 2011, at his home when the cat launched an
unprovoked attack while he tried to feed it.
Baxter filed a lawsuit against Bobak on March 22 in Will County Circuit Court seeking $50,000 on each of two counts.
According to the lawsuit, the cat “viciously
attacked, bit and clawed” Baxter, who claims to have suffered serious
injuries from a bite on his ring finger and the clawing of his left arm.
Bobak should have known the cat was dangerous, the
lawsuit states, as it is believed to have attacked at least one other
person before.
The lawsuit said both Baxter and Bobak lived in Homer Glen, at separate residences, at the time of the alleged attack."

This Baxter guy should stop being such a pussy and grow a pair. It's a cat, for christ's sake. Plus, i doubt it acted without any provocation.
Also, cats are usually good judges of character, so maybe the cat realized it was dealing with wimp.
I wholeheartedly agree that cats are great judges of character, probably because cats generally love me, lol. Here is yet another guy that had better move out of town if he ever wants another date.
