"Police say a central Kentucky man claimed to be a cannibal and threatened to eat a police officer while being arrested.
The Winchester Sun reported that 25-year-old Brandon Hocker made the statement last week while being picked up on charges that he stabbed his girlfriend in Winchester. Hocker is scheduled for arraignment Monday on charges of second-degree assault and terroristic threatening.
Police say Hocker stabbed his girlfriend multiple times, then left her apartment Tuesday night. Officers found him Wednesday morning.
During the arrest, police say, Hocker looked at Officer Christine Matthews and said “that he was a cannibal and that he was going to put her on a plate and eat her.”
Matthews was unhurt during the arrest."
